The illustrator, designer & heart behind Enchanted Farie Designs

I’ve always believed that the smallest things can bring the biggest smiles.

Enchanted Farie Designs grew from my lifelong love of creating, illustrating, and adding a little extra magic to everyday life. What started with tiny fairy gardens, handmade details, and designs for my boys’ school events and birthdays eventually grew into a little shop of my own, and somewhere along the way, I realized that creating happy things is exactly where I’m meant to be.

Today, you’ll usually find me dreaming up colorful stationery, notepads, sticky notes, stickers, bookmarks, keychains, greeting cards, gift tags, and other happy little things designed to make ordinary days feel a little more special.

I’m drawn to soft pastels, cheerful stripes, happy faces, tiny bows, whimsical illustrations, and anything that makes you smile. Most of my designs begin as an idea or sketch and slowly come to life through illustration, color, and lots of tiny details.

A little shop with a lot of heart ✨

Before Enchanted Farie Designs, my career looked very different. I spent years working in finance as a Comptroller, managing everything from everyday transactions to multi-million-dollar accounts. That chapter of my life taught me precision, organization, responsibility, and the importance of doing things well, qualities that still shape the way I run my small business today.

But creativity has always been the part of me that felt most like home.

After the heartbreaking loss of my son, that became even more important. I made a promise to myself to pursue something meaningful and to build a life around the things I truly love.

Enchanted Farie Designs became part of that journey.

Creating gave me somewhere to pour my love, my imagination, and my hope. What began as a creative outlet grew into something with a much bigger purpose: creating little pieces of happiness that I could send out into the world.

That meaning is still behind everything I make.

And then there are the squirrels… 🐿️💕

If you’ve followed me for a while, you probably already know that stationery isn’t the only thing taking over my studio, or my heart.

I’m also a wildlife rehabilitator, and I have a particularly big soft spot for squirrels and chipmunks.

Caring for tiny animals, from the most fragile babies through the stages of growing, exploring, and eventually becoming more independent, has become one of the most meaningful parts of my life.

And naturally, the squirrels have found their way into Enchanted Farie Designs, too.

You’ll spot them tucked into my illustrations, holding books, drinking coffee, celebrating holidays, and generally getting themselves into adorable situations. At this point, I’m pretty sure they consider themselves part of the design team. 😉

Wildlife rehabilitation has taught me so much about patience, compassion, resilience, and what it means to nurture something with your whole heart. Those are lessons that have found their way into my creative life, too.
